Aori squid, fresh Kagoshima prawns and Oda wagyu—these are just some of the superior ingredients we source from Japan’s tightly-held farmers and family fisheries. In front of you, at the teppan grill, is where theatrical flair and culinary mastery collide. Immerse yourself in the moment as the sizzling sound and smoke rise from the preparation of fresh abalone, lobster, and wagyu. It is worth noting that our Oda wagyu, delicately balanced between lean meat and fine streaks of fat, are sourced directly from Kagoshima. Guests who enjoy our premium menu will have the added privilege of indulging in the umami sweetness of Alaskan King Crab, and our signature kamameshi—clay pot rice with Aichi sea bream, Shizuoka eel and Hokkaido sea urchin.
