The culinary team has created a special menu that showcases the best of green and white asparagus, accentuating the seasonal spears’ versatility through pairings with other quality ingredients. Notable dishes include Uovo nel Nido – egg in a nest. Creamy Japanese egg and crisp-tender asparagus always make a terrific combination. Another recommended dish is White Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce and Toasted Almond. The tanginess and creaminess of the hollandaise sauce perfectly balances the delicate sweetness of crunchy white asparagus, offering complex layers of flavors in just one bite. Cooked until succulently tender, the beef tenderloin paired with asparagus of various textures is the savory meat dish of the menu.
