Our new Executive Chef, Marino D’Antonio, is excited to share with you the signature dishes of Chef-Owner, Umberto Bombana, as well as exquisite creations inspired by his own upbringing in Bergamo, Northern Italy.

Lobster Tubetti with Crustacean Ragout features artisan-made tubetti pasta enveloped in a rich blue lobster sauce, infused with Mediterranean herbs and sweet Neapolitan confit tomatoes. Topped with tender slices of Brittany blue lobster meat and a garnish of fresh basil, it’s a luxurious celebration of coastal flavors. On the menu, alongside seasonal seafood and fine cuts of meat, is a selection of artisanal pasta which offers you quintessential BOMBANA experience.

Available from Thursday to Sunday, this lunch menu comes with wine-pairing options expertly curated by our sommelier.
