Our new Executive Chef, Marino D’Antonio, is excited to share with you the signature dishes of Chef-Owner, Umberto Bombana, as well as exquisite creations inspired by his own upbringing in Bergamo, Northern Italy.

Agnolotti with Beef Cheek and Apulian Burrata represents one of Chef Marino’s earliest food memories, where his family would prepare the stuffed pasta, “agnolotti”, during winter festivities. Filling the delicate parcels with succulent beef cheek and creamy burrata, Chef Marino offers you his rendition of this comforting delight. On the menu, alongside seasonal seafood and fine cuts of meat, is a selection of artisanal pasta. For the quintessential BOMBANA experience, we highly recommend you to elevate your dish with shavings of the restaurant’s top-quality truffle.  

Available from Thursday to Saturday, this lunch menu comes with wine-pairing options expertly curated by our sommelier. You may even bring your own bottle with no corkage fee — a special privilege extended exclusively to our lunch patrons from now through August.
