Botanica
Botanica at Capella at Galaxy Macau offers the opportunity for feasting on international casual favourites, courtesy of Executive Chef Stephen Hsu. Guests are invited to pull up a table from Botanica’s 56-seats and feast on comfort classics reimagined with a contemporary Asian twist.
Botanica’s Moinard Bétaille-designed tropical interiors reflect harmony and natural elements, complete with indoor pools, lush greenery and wooden sculptures by Mexican artist Joel Escalona. Escalona’s innovative organic sculptures in red oak enhance Botanica’s expression of simple-yet-refined bistro-dining.
